Our collections are Nature Silk, Crafted Wood and Handwoven. Browse the product catalogue and use the material and light-type filters to narrow your selection.
How do I identify a product in an enquiry?
Include the product name and Model No. shown on its page. You can also send the product link or a photograph to help us confirm the exact piece.
Can I discuss samples before ordering?
Yes. Tell us the products, materials or finishes you would like to review. Sample availability, fees and arrangements are confirmed by enquiry.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is confirmed by enquiry and may depend on the product and requested configuration. Share the Model No., estimated quantity and destination so we can discuss your requirements.

Can the size, material or finish be customised?
Share the dimensions, references, finish and installation context you have in mind. We review feasibility and confirm the available options before an order is agreed.
Can packaging include our branding?

What is the production lead time?
Production lead time is approximately 60 days. Confirm the current schedule for your selected products and custom requirements when arranging the order.
Are natural materials completely identical from piece to piece?
Natural texture, grain and weave can vary. Discuss the important finish details and an approved reference for your order so expectations are clear.

How are shipping arrangements confirmed?
