Make the order details clear.

Bring the selected Model No., quantities, finishes and any custom or packaging requirements into the quotation. Confirm the product information and commercial arrangements before the order is agreed.

MOQ and sample fees are confirmed by enquiry. Payment, shipping and project-specific arrangements are discussed for the order rather than assumed from a website image.

Plan the production schedule.

Production lead time is approximately 60 days. Confirm the current schedule for the selected products and any custom requirements when arranging the order.

Production time and transport time are separate. Share the destination and project timing so delivery arrangements can be discussed clearly.

Prepare for delivery and installation.

Confirm shipping method, destination requirements and delivery arrangements in the order information. Make sure the product details your installer needs are available before the fitting is installed.

When the products arrive, review the contents against the order and keep the relevant product and order references. Contact us if a detail needs to be checked.

Keep the conversation open.

For a question after delivery, send the order reference, Model No. and clear photographs of the relevant details. We will review the question and confirm the next steps.

For reorders or additions to a collection, include the original model, finish and quantity so the new enquiry can be compared with the earlier arrangement.
